Recently a few of my sites hosted on a web host went down due to a sudden cpu spike. The web host put a blanket suspension on all my sites regardless of the fact that only one had caused the spike. And I was not informed of their decision. When I enquired as to the suspension of all my sites hosted by them I was met with a rude response demanding what I was doing on my sites. Pretty strange question since they as host knows better than anyone else. My issue with them is the unilateral suspension of all my sites and the fact that I was not emailed about this very serious matter.
As is, I decided to move to other more customer oriented web-hosts. I was not able to properly backup all my database as the previous host refused to open access to my sites to me the rightful owner. So my apologies to dear visitors if this site seems incomplete as I slowly rebuilt it back.
I have since opened accounts with 3 other web-hosts to ensure that if such things were to happen again I would not have to lose control of all of my hard work and effort.
These 3 are the best regarded of web-hosts and you can forget about getting your reviews based on the various web sites touting as web-host review sites. The results are stacked in favour of “special” deals done.
